With his fifth major album release, Last Train to Paris, scheduled to drop in September, Diddy isn’t worried about a thing. Sean John Combs, formally Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, and now simply Diddy, has been running the game for a long time. The three-time Grammy Award winning rapper/producer/mogul has been instrumental in the careers of hip-hop and R&B’s biggest names. Diddy is credited for signing Mary J. Blige, discovering Biggie Smalls, and working with artists such as: Christina Aguilera, ‘N Sync, Brittany Spears, Keyshia Cole, Mario Winans, Nas, Jamie Foxx, and countless others (google it).

In addition to music ventures, he is also the celebrity endorser for Ciroc Premium Vodka (and brings in 50% of the company’s overall profits), creator of popular ABC/MTV reality show, Making the Band 2 which spawned two additional shows, Making the Band 3 & 4, as well as a handful of successful musical acts, and is the owner of Sean John Clothing, which brings in a revenue of $125 million per year. It is safe to say Diddy is doing well.

As for this new release with his group, Dirty Money, Last Train to Paris is set to be released on September 20, 2010 and is positioned to become a groundbreaking album for this seasoned artist. With neo-soul infused funky hip-hop and a group of talented young ladies to back him up, these songs are something that nobody has heard before, especially out of such a mainstream artist. Think Sade meets Dr. Dre.

On his blog, Diddy encourages readers to, “Dream, Believe, Do, and Repeat” and divides his posts into six categories: INSPIRE, BELIEVE, FEEL, CREATE, LOVE, & GROW. This guy is a truly progressive artist and thinker and will be immortalized when the history books are written. Diddy is truly an American gentleman, and here’s why…

dope artwork, the campaign photo kind of reminds me of the “Diamond Girl” promos by R. Les, but then again, Diddy has always been a fan of his work.
